As UX lead in the team, I ensure that we develop an MVP that will cover basic functionality for:
- Data on who we will deliver to who will receive the service according to given criteria.
- Synchronisation with Posten's systems so that postmen know which recipients they should deliver to.
- Ensure quality of content, the production of content for the A4 page (including activities and general information), an "annual wheel" with a calendar to be able to plan ahead, a tailored content bank where the user can pick and choose already written content and the connection to send content for print and distribution.
For this platform, I have developed a "white-label" design system that can eventually expand into a "multi-brand" design system. The idea is that when each municipality logs in, they can see the platform with their own brand identity.

In collaboration between Posten, KS, Optinn and Netlife, we are building a service that strengthens the public's dialogue with older residents.
To make it happen, we are developing what we call "dørterskeltjenesten" which is the platform where all the municipalities get to create content with useful information that will be delivered to senior residents.
The goal is:
- Reach out to everyone in the target group, including the non-digital and resource-poor
- Give a good overview of what should be done to strengthen your own health and preparedness
- Activate the elderly physically and socially
- Create belonging to the local community
